People

The church is not only something we attend; it is a people we belong to.

At The Well, we believe following Jesus takes place in the context of community lived out through shared life, mutual care, prayer, and patient presence over time. While gatherings shape us collectively, much of the church’s life unfolds in smaller, quieter spaces where people are known and accompanied through ordinary days. Relationships form gradually, trust grows over time, and care emerges naturally as people learn to walk alongside one another with honesty and grace.

The pages below describe two primary ways shared life takes shape at The Well.

Group of six people, including a small child, sitting in a cozy living room, engaged in reading books around a wooden coffee table with notebooks and mugs, by a large window with curtains.

Groups

Groups provide space for people to gather regularly, listen, pray, and share life together in simple, ordinary ways.

A group of people praying together in a church or prayer room, with some kneeling and others standing in a circle.

Prayer & Care

Prayer and care describe how the church attends to one another through seasons of need, transition, grief, and growth.
