What is Partnership?

Partnership is our word for membership at The Well Church.

Partnership involves a commitment from those who affirm their membership in the global church through faith in Jesus. It assumes alignment with the mission and vision of our local church, regular attendance, and active participation in ministry as we define it in our values.

Types of Partners

Familial Partners

Familial partnership is about relationships. A familial partner dedicates themselves to pursuing maturity and health by honoring the church’s values and commitments in their interactions with others within the congregation.

Financial Partners

Financial partnership is about resources. A financial partner commits themselves to giving monetarily to see that the work of ministry at the church continues and grows. For more about becoming a financial partner, see our give page.

Become a Familial Partner

  • Talk to a Pastor

    One of our pastors will meet with you personally to discuss your story, your interest in partnership, and any questions you may have about your relationship with Jesus or the church. Following this meeting, we encourage a brief period of intentional review and prayer, typically lasting one to two weeks.

  • Personal Commitment

    After the time of prayer and review, the same pastor will then meet with you again to confirm your commitment. During this follow-up, they will offer ways to connect with others in the church and encourage your involvement in ministry. A simple commitment form will also be provided for your review and signature.

  • Public Committment

    Once you’ve made your personal commitment, we invite you to publicly declare it to the church family at an upcoming Sunday gathering. This public affirmation is an opportunity for the congregation to get to know you and your story, and to hear your commitment to working, loving, helping, contributing to the the church.
